What each class actually is

  • Cycle Classic

    30 or 45 minutes · Steady

    A dynamic mix of sprints, hills, jogs, choreography, and a few instructor challenges to keep you motivated. Whether you're chasing a personal best or just here for the good vibes, the ride is built to push your limits and keep the energy high from start to finish.

  • Cycle Pump

    30 or 45 minutes · Strong

    The ride with an added strength push.

  • Cycle Endurance

    60 minutes · Long

    The long one. Sixty minutes of sustained work for riders who want more road.

  • Sculpt

    30 or 45 minutes · Heavy

    Lift, sweat, and feel the burn. Strength training with high-intensity moves like squats, lunges, and burpees: HIIT class vibes with heavier weights. It's about building strength, toning muscle, and pushing yourself to the next level.

    Tennis shoes. This one is off the bike.

  • Sculpt Cycle Fusion

    30 or 45 minutes · Full

    Can't choose between cycling and sculpting? You don't have to. Heart-pumping cardio on the bike followed by strength-focused sculpting off the bike.
